How do refunds work? Our refund policy is simple: the subscriber is always right, and we issue a refund upon request. If you believe you’ve subscribed by mistake or if for any reason you’re unhappy with OYLA, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please indicate your mailing address, subscription number, and which issues you have already received. The refund is credited back to your card or PayPal account within 24 hours.
Your subscription will automatically renew for a period of 3 months until you decide to cancel your subscription. If you do nothing, we will charge the payment method you selected. You may cancel at any time to get a refund for any unshipped issues. Automatic renewal does not apply to gift subscriptions.
