Refunds can only be processed for unmailed issues, and requests must be submitted within 180 days of payment.
We only deliver within the US premises, including APO addresses for free.
Your magazine’s delivery time is determined by your purchase date and our mailing schedule. Generally, the first magazine of your subscription may take up to 6 weeks to arrive, while subsequent magazines should be delivered on time.
For example: If you subscribed at the beginning of the month and we’ve already processed the list of subscribers, the initial magazine may experience a delay.

If your magazine has not been delivered, please verify your address here. If the address is correct, contact us at subscription@oyla.us within 8 weeks of the expected delivery date and we will promptly send a replacement. If you notify us after this timeframe, we will only replace the most recent missing issue.
In the event that your magazine is damaged during transportation, please inform us at subscription@oyla.us. We will quickly arrange to send a replacement copy to ensure you receive your magazine in good condition.
